Information we collect

We confidently receive and store information you knowingly provide to us when you fill our online forms, sign up to use Lingoes.ai, or interact with Lingoes.ai on other channels and platforms. Any of the information we collect from you may be used to personalize your experience, improve customer service, respond to queries and emails, send notification emails or newsletters, and operate our services.

We store and process collected data in a cloud database located within EU and use it to create the Lingoes.ai service. We only use data to enrich the usage of our service and do not share it with any third-parties. Processing is limited to have a minimal privacy impact and the processing of personal data is not extended beyond what the data subjects could reasonably expect.

When you visit lingoes.ai or its subdomains and subpages, information that your browser sends may be automatically recorded. We appreciate your privacy and do not collect your IP addresses nor use tracking cookies. Recorded information includes data such as your device's browser and operating system type and version, the webpage you were visiting before you came to our website, pages of our website that you visit and the time spent on those pages, access times and dates, and other statistics. The data we collect is not transferred to, or stored at, a destination outside the EU. We may use external data processors and in order to facilitate the processing of personal data, some of the personal data processed by us may be physically located on third-party servers or devices located within the EU.

    Maintains the user payment information in relation to Lingoes.ai service (email information of the user is transferred from us to Stripe)

    Provides the support live chat function on the Lingoes.ai website for signed in users (email and name information of the user is transferred from us to Tidio)

Storing and deleting data

We will retain and use your information for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally. Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification, and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after the expiration of the retention period.
